How to have a Good Night Sleep

Sleep is the best rest that a person could have. It gives us enough time to relax our body and it revives the lost energy that we used for the day, and for me, sleep is the best thing in the world. Nothing compares to a complete and good night sleeps. A person should have at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night. But some of us, because of our lifestyle and nature of work, we sometimes don’t get enough sleep which results to different moods.

Mood sway is just one bad effect of lack of sleep. We can also experience weakening of our body, thirst, headache and dizziness. And do you know that lack of sleep can make us fat? Yes, because or body is deprive from sleep, our fats cells would be very active that would make us crave for more foods.

To have a goodnight sleep, make sure to have your bed made. It is better to sleep in a bed that is made; it will make you feel better. If you have a hard time sleeping at night, try to drink warm milk, milk contains ingredients that would make you feel relax. Avoid doing body activities like exercising because it can make you feel active afterwards. Also, try to have a warm bath before sleeping.  To add with that, a good night sleep should have a good dream. To have a sweet dream, try to smell a scent of flower or any good smelling scent because this can help to stimulate your brain.

It’s alarming if you’re not having enough sleep.  When people don’t get enough sleep they accumulate a “sleep debt”.  You can get sleep debt if you cannot repay the lost sleep needed by your body.  Chronic fatigue or tiredness during the day is the result of not having enough sleep.  Because of technological advances that have occurred over the past century, the average sleep time of people declined drastically.  A change in lifestyle results in sleep disorders.

Your body’s most important need is sleep.  If you don’t get enough sleep your eyes often look tired, you experience mood swings and depression, your face loses its natural glow, you are prone to respiratory and other ailments.  Lack of sleep also dulls your memory which results in poor concentration that causes a lot of mistakes at work.

An average of  8 hours of sleep in one night will give you back the physical and mental energy you have used during the day and prepare you for another day.  Lost sleep can’t easily be recovered, you should never disregard its importance because it replenishes our lost energy after a day’s work.  So, have enough sleep dude!
